Summer has not yet released us from its scorching grip, but these balmy temperatures will not delay the start of the 2026 haunt season. This Friday, September 11th will see the first wave of attractions open to the public.
Bloodview of Broadview Heights, Ohio will once more be staffed by the maestros of horror improvisation, The Legion of Terror! The storied charity haunt will reprise its popular themed weekends which you can see listed in the graphic above.
I first experienced Bloodview back in 2012 and was delighted with their army of zombies. I would return just two years later in 2014 to bear witness to witch trials, and then again for my most recent visit in 2018. That is a peculiar pattern and if it holds, I’ll find myself at Bloodview once more this fall. I’ve longed to sample Sinister Sideshow, but I must admit Cryptid Creatures has captivated my imagination.
