That is precisely the notion put forth by the opponent of the pugilistic incumbent — one Victor Kalloway. And it would seem that the challenger’s message is resonating with a significant portion of Covensfield voters after a recent news report accused GreeNo Industries of dumping toxic waste into the waters of Camp Zika. In a scathing rebuke, the embattled corporation has denied any involvement with the tragic pollution that led to the death of campers at the once vibrant Camp Zika.
Never one to stay quiet, Mayor Conwell forcefully defended GreeNo Industries, his long-time political donor, pointing out that the chemical company is the largest employer in Covensfield and one that has made a significant investment into Star Fall Mall. He went on to denounce his challenger, Mr. Kalloway, as a cult leader amid a barrage of unprintable profanities.
