The skies were clear and the weather was just about perfect when we hit the road Sunday night with Scarefest Scream Park in our sights. The Lenox Township mainstay featured three haunted attractions, food vendors, an array of photo-ops, and an expansive and beautifully lit midway.
Castle of the Dead possessed an old-school charm, while Forest of Darkness and Terror Zone Maze offered a fun-filled, 30-minute trek through the woods. The night concluded with the Hayride of Doom which utilized a massive cast to deliver an experience that was creepy, outlandish, and amusing.
